This Privacy Policy describes how HomeBar ("the App"), developed by Titans of Industry, handles information when you use our macOS application. HomeBar is a menu bar app that lets you control your Homey Pro smart home.
Data Collection
HomeBar does not collect any personal data. The app communicates directly with your Homey Pro device on your local network. No data is sent to our servers or any third parties.
Data Storage
All data is stored locally on your macOS device: - Authentication tokens for your Homey account are stored securely in the macOS Keychain. - App preferences are stored locally in the app's preferences. We do not operate any servers and do not maintain any server-side storage of user data.
Third-Party Services
HomeBar connects to your Homey Pro device and Homey's authentication services. Please refer to Homey's Privacy Policy for information about how Homey handles your data.
Data Deletion
To delete all data associated with HomeBar, simply sign out within the app and then delete the application from your Mac. This will remove all stored tokens and settings.
